Returns / Exchanges
I do not offer returns or exchanges, however if you have an issue with your piece please reach out to me! My contact info is on on contact page.
Please know your ring/ cuff size before purchasing as once the stone is set I cannot resize the piece.
Shipping
All packages are shipped first class mail with insurance covering the cost of the item. Please remember once the package is dropped off at the post office is it now out of my control, if you have an issue with a shipment I recommend reaching out to the mail carrier. However, if a package is lost or stolen reach out and we can file for an insurance claim to try and get your money back. Stone & Solder is not responsible for an international custom fees or shipping delays.
These are Handmade Pieces
Remember when you are shopping with me, these are handmade pieces of jewelry meaning they are not "perfect". They will have a handmade character to them, but that just adds to the uniqueness of the piece and each piece is truly one of a kind!
If Your Piece Breaks
Things happen and things get broken its inevitable if this happens reach out to me, if it is something I can fix I will work with you to figure out a price to cover the repair. If your piece comes damaged or you have issues within the first 10 days reach out to me asap, after 10 days of delivery I will have to charge for repair if it is something I can repair.
